    高铝质隔热耐火砖以铝矾土为主要原料制成的三氧化二铝含量不小于48%的隔热衬火制品。高铝质隔热耐火砖,主要采用铝矾土熟朴,结合枯土作原料,掺入结合荆和锯木屑,为了提高产品性能,添加工业氧化铝、刚玉、硅线石、蓝晶石、硅石的细粉,可制得体积密度0.49/cm3以上的产品。三氧化二铝含量及体积密度不同,较高使用温度也不同,通常在1250-1350℃,有的可达1550度.筒史(见除热时火制品)工艺包括泡沫剂的制备、泡沫泥浆的调制、成型、干燥和烧成五部分。耐火砖质量的提高,减少了熔渣的侵入和渗透,保证了耐火砖化学矿物质的组成和组织结构,同时也提高了共熔温度,减少了耐火砖的损蚀,稳定了设备运行。按一定配比在混练机中加水混合成泥料,经机械或手工成型,砖坯干燥后残余水分小于0.5%方可装窑。为防止因多晶转变发生剧烈体积膨胀,引起制品产生裂纹,烧成时要求比较缓慢的升降温速度。气化炉耐火砖的使用与损蚀,气化炉是合成氨生产中的重要设备,在合成氨生产长周期运行过程中起着非常重要的作用。不同部位有不同的表现形式,这是因为不同的损坏机理所造成的。根据耐火砖使用部位的不同,有以下几种主要表现形式(现象):1各个环缝处的耐火砖爆砖、损坏等。耐火材料的用途很广,可用于冶金、建材、化工、陶瓷、机械、水泥、锅炉等行业。按制备工艺方法来划分可分为烧成砖、不烧砖、电熔砖(熔铸砖)、耐火隔热砖;按形状和尺寸可分为标准型砖、普通砖、特异型转等。可用作建筑窑炉和各种热工设备的高温建筑材料和结构材料,并在高温下能经受各种物理化学变化和机械作用。制造硅质隔热砖采用经过细粉碎的硅石为原料,加入部分废硅砖或废硅质隔热耐火砖粉、矿化剂和烧尽加入物等。镁铬耐火砖这是一种由重烧镁制成的以烧结镁砂和铬铁矿为成分配制的标准耐火砖。主要用于主烧成带、上过渡带和下过渡带。
